Can the renter cancel his reservation?

If the renter cancels without a valid reason, the following penalties will be applied (depending on the cancellation conditions chosen by the owner):

Flexible: The renter will be reimbursed the full amount of the rental until the day before departure (excluding SamBoat service charges).

Zen: If the renter cancels up to 5 days before the start of the rental, you will receive 30% of the rental amount, minus the SamBoat service fee. If they cancel less than 5 days before the start of the rental, you will receive 100% of your rental income.


Moderate : If the renter cancels more than 2 weeks before the start of the rental, you will receive 50% of the rental amount deducted from the SamBoat service fee. If they cancel less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, you will receive 100% of your rental income.

Strict: No refund possible, except for a special weather alert from the port of departure.

Personalized (For professionals only): The professional owner chooses the cancellation conditions they wish to apply. The reimbursements exclude SamBoat service fees.

Only a special weather report from the port of departure allows the renter to cancel his reservation at no charge. You can find an amicable arrangement with the renter by changing the rental dates.
