If you wish, you can use the SamBoat website to manage your deposits.
48 hours before the start of the rental period, the renter will be asked to make a deposit on our website.
They will be able to connect directly to their SamBoat account and make the deposit as shown in the example below:
A pre-authorization of the amount of the deposit will be made on their bank card, allowing to check the available funds.
The amount will not be debited, except in case of damage that is declared by you.
The day before departure, if the renter has not successfully made their deposit, you will be notified by email or SMS.
Without a claim declaration on the website, the deposit pre-authorization is automatically canceled 48 hours after the end of the renta
