How does the management of a cancellation request work?

If you request the cancellation of your already confirmed reservation, the cancellation service will send an email to the owner to validate the reason for your request.

You will also receive a copy of the message. The owner has 48 hours to reply.

If you wish to provide additional information to your request, you can also reply to the cancellation service message within the time limit.

After this period, SamBoat will make a decision taking into account the reason given by the person initiating the cancellation, as well as the feedback received from each of the parties.

If the owner requests the cancellation of your confirmed reservation, you will be contacted by the cancellation service by email.

You will have 48 hours to reply to the message and confirm the reason.

As soon as we have decided on the outcome of the request, you will receive an email. For efficient management, all cancellations are processed only by email.
