What are the conditions for cancelling a rental?

Cancellation conditions depend on the conditions applied by the owners.

Here are the different possible cancellation conditions:

Flexible: The tenant will be reimbursed the full amount of the rental until the day before departure (excluding SamBoat service charges).

Zen : If the tenant cancels at least 5 days before the start of the rental, the owner will receive 30% of the rental amount deducted from the SamBoat service fee. If the tenant cancels less than 5 days before the start of the rental period, the owner will receive 100% of their rental income.

Moderate (Default): If the tenant cancels at least 2 weeks before the start of the rental, the owner will receive 50% of the rental amount deducted from the SamBoat service fee. If the tenant cancels less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the owner will receive 100% of their rental income.

Strict: No refund possible, except for a special weather alert for the entire duration of the rental.

Custom (For professionals only): The professional owner chooses the cancellation conditions they wish to apply. The reimbursements foreseen are excluding SamBoat expenses
