Where can I find my commission invoices?

We provide commission invoices to you as owners.

Under "My Account" in the tab "My payments" you will find all previous rentals with the corresponding commission invoices.

  • From each booking, you can see the amount of your income and the status of the transfer
  • The invoice will be created when your tenant has paid (When will I be paid?)
  • Your commission invoice will be available to you as soon as the transfer is made to your bank account.

If the status of your transfer is "Transfer Pending" and the reservation is more than 48 hours old, please contact Customer Service at relation-proprietaire@samboat.fr.
